At Liquor Palace, we are committed to customer satisfaction while complying with all applicable laws regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Final
Due to the nature of alcoholic products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item meets the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligible Refunds or Replacements
We may offer a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:
- The item was damaged during transit
- You received the wrong product
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Failed delivery due to recipient unavailability
- Failure to provide valid ID (21+) at delivery
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product quality
4. Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Delivery failure
- Refusal of delivery
Then:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment
5. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and affect future purchases.
